Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy Fyrvakt from Vejbystrand Konsult AB through vejbystrandkonsult.com. Last updated: 13 October 2026. This is a translation; if the English and Swedish versions differ, the Swedish terms apply.

Prices

The price of Fyrvakt is SEK 990 excl. VAT (SEK 1,237.50 incl. 25% VAT) per unit. Shipping within Sweden is included. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Ordering and payment

You pay by card in Stripe's payment window. The contract is concluded when the payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation by email. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Delivery

The delivery time is two weeks from our factory in Vejbystrand, counted from the day of the order. We deliver within Sweden with PostNord. If the delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as we know, and you then have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal), counted from the day you received the goods. Tell us by email that you are withdrawing from the purchase. The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition, and you pay for the return shipping. We refund the full amount, including the original shipping, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, but we may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned.

Complaints and warranty

Consumers have a three-year right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen). Business customers have a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the day of delivery. Contact us by email to make a complaint.

What the product does

Fyrvakt is an aid for detecting intrusions and does not replace a firewall, backups or other protection. For business customers we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, and our liability is limited to the price of the goods. This does not affect consumers' statutory rights.

The setup service and Fyrvakt Plus

The setup service, where you install and configure Fyrvakt, is included at no cost and with no subscription. The purchase also includes Fyrvakt Plus for 12 months from when the device is first connected. After that you can choose to keep Plus for SEK 39 per month excl. VAT per device. Plus is never charged unless you have actively chosen it, and you will be notified 30 days before the included period ends. If Plus ends, the device's other functions keep working.

Security updates and vulnerabilities

We release security updates for Fyrvakt free of charge for the whole support period, whether or not you have Fyrvakt Plus. If you have found a vulnerability, email anders@vejbystrandkonsult.com.

Disputes

We always try to solve problems directly with you. Consumers can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se). Swedish law applies.
